Shantanu Shekhar is a seasoned Revenue Operations leader with 15+ years of experience scaling high-growth SaaS companies across EMEA and APAC. He began his career in strategy consulting with Bain & Company, held senior GTM and RevOps roles at LinkedIn, Gong, and Nitro, and now leads global Revenue Operations at Personio. 

As a recognised voice in the RevOps community, he regularly advises startups and is a sought-after speaker at leading industry forums.
