Eighteen months ago, you made a set of calls about AI.

Clean the data first. Build an agent for that. Give the team the tools and let them build their own.

They were reasonable at the time. Most of them have not been tested since.

**AI is moving faster than revenue teams can update their thinking**, and beliefs that felt like best practice last year are quietly shaping this year's budget, roadmap, and headcount plans.

Revenue leaders do not lack opinions on AI. They lack the time to check whether last year's opinions are still correct.

In this live session, **senior revenue leaders** will put three of the beliefs that surface in nearly every AI planning conversation on the table, and work through whether each one still holds. These are the beliefs most teams answer on instinct rather than evidence:

- "I need to get my data ready for AI"
- "I should build an agent for that"
- "If AI is accessible enough for people who don't write code, I should build a repo of skill files, or let my team build their own"

Bring your own beliefs, especially the ones you are no longer sure about. The panel will make time for questions.

**Insights you'll walk away with:**

- How to judge whether your data is actually ready for AI, and why the 80 percent hygiene most teams reach is already enough to start
- A working test for when an agent is the right answer, and when it becomes another tool nobody owns six months later
- Whether a repo of skill files is worth building, and what has to be true about your team before it pays back
- A method for pressure testing any AI belief before it becomes a budget line or a headcount decision
- What senior revenue leaders have changed their minds about in the last eighteen months, and what changed them

**Sign up and solve pain points like:**

- **An AI roadmap stalled behind a data cleanup project with no end date.** Get a clear read on how much hygiene AI genuinely requires, so you can start now instead of waiting for a number you will never hit.
- **A board asking what AI has delivered, when the honest answer is a list of pilots.** Get the language and the evidence to report AI progress in revenue terms rather than adoption terms.
- **Pressure to grow revenue without proportional headcount.** See how AI-forward teams have changed the capacity maths, with examples of what that looked like in practice.
